Sweden put on an amazing show this year. Petra was great, the graphics and themes were perfect and the interval acts were wonderful. I loved this bit from the final. So funny.

4 Days Left.

I’m moving and it’s all happening soon. Now that I’ve finished school I’ve decided to go and live with my boyfriend, finally. After three years of being in a long-distance (trans-atlantic) relationship we are going to be living under the same roof!

It’s been hectic trying to plan it all out, and I have yet to figure all the packing details. I’m moving to a foreign country, which will be huge, but my boy has been a big support in all of this and I love him for it. I feel like I’m doing a mini-tour though. Saying bye to my best friend in L.A., visiting old friends one last time in Chicago, going home to see the family in Flint, and then I’m off to start a new life.

I’m excited for this all. ♥

That was.. err.. interesting. Well I’m excited my three favorites of the night made it through. Here are the countries that made it to the finals!

• Finland - My favorite of the night!
• Malta - Glad it made it through.
• Iceland
• Greece - I’m not a fan, but I think it’ll do well.
• Armenia - ugh, no thank you.
• Hungary  - Hipster. Sounded as if he was a smoker out of breath.
• Norway - Great! So happy to she her in the final.
• Georgia
• Romania - TERRIBLE. How did this make it?!

It was awesome to see two of my favorite Swedes perform as the interval act! I ♥ Darin!

Alright, that went pretty quick. Here are the ten countries who qualified to the finals:

• Moldova - blah. 
• Lithuania - “the Shoe Saga”, possibly the worst of the ten.
• Ireland - deserved to go to the finals. Better in studio, but still not amazing
• Estonia
  
• Belarus - not surprising.
• Denmark - BEST of the night.
• Russia - sappy snorefest.
• Belgium - happy about it, but the performance was meh.
• Ukraine
  
• The Netherlands
  

I’m a bit disappointed Austria and Slovenia didn’t make the cut.
